Vertex Estate developed by VertexAgencyLTD; It is a unique WordPress theme prepared for real estate offices, real estate consultants and businesses that want to promote their own portfolio. The 999 TL one-time package includes a theme, Vertex Estate Tools auxiliary plugin, Turkish installation documents, optional sample listings, and indefinite commercial activation for a domain. Present your listings for sale and rent with city, property type, price and room filters. Each listing has details and an information request form. The request received through the form contains the relevant listing link. Realistic villa, apartment, apartment and office images are representative images produced with artificial intelligence. Demo listings, prices and locations are examples; they are not real sales/rental offers. You can use real photos of your properties in your own portfolio. The commercial key is issued manually after payment and domain validation.

MANAGEMENT AND FORM • Listing management with the separate Vertex Estate Tools plugin. • Numerical fields, authorization and nonce controls. • Fields for name, email, subject, description, and contact confirmation. • Spam trap and short-term request limit per IP. • Routing the request to the recipient via wp_mail/SMTP. • If the email system rejects the send, no success is shown; acceptance is not a guarantee of delivery to the inbox. • Claims are also not recorded in a CRM table. Technical requirements
• WordPress 6.5 or higher and PHP 8.1 or higher. • PHP, OpenSSL, and mbstring. • HTTPS, WordPress-compatible hosting, PHP limits suitable for at least 20 MB of installation, and sufficient memory. • Vertex Estate Tools plugin within the package for listings/filters/form. • Working wp_mail/SMTP infrastructure for actual form delivery. Verified demo: WordPress 7.1.3 and PHP 8.3. Hosting, domain name, SMTP service, and paid third-party plugins are not included. It is a WordPress theme; it is not a standalone classifieds marketplace or mobile app.
License and usage
License firm: VertexAgencyLTD. Price: 999 TL one time. Indefinite commercial activation to 1 domain; www is equivalent, other subdomains require separate activation. After payment and domain confirmation, the key is issued manually. The theme and companion plugin are covered by GPL v2 or later. GPL rights are independent of commercial activation. The lack of keys does not close the site open to the visitor; it limits the commercial instance installation tool. Images are representative demo assets generated with artificial intelligence. Demo listings are not real offers. Automatic updates, unlimited support, future releases, or real estate sales/income are not guaranteed.
Support and updates
Included: 1.0.0 theme, helper plugin, Turkish installation/test documentation, installation tool for 6 sample listings, and commercial activation for a domain. On-site installation, portfolio migration, actual photo shooting, hosting, SMTP, custom development, and third-party integration setup are not included. Setup and activation questions can be submitted through the support area; no specific response time is committed. Test real SMTP delivery in your own environment. The demo form does not send real emails and does not save request information. Organize price and ad information according to your own portfolio; check image and contact/privacy texts before publication.
