Distance Sales Agreement

Parties and scope The seller is Kasım Kahraman; the store brand is Vertex Agency Ltd. The buyer is the natural or legal person who creates the order. This text describes the general sales framework; it does not replace the transaction record containing product, price, tax, buyer, payment and delivery information specific to the order. Subject of the contract Digital delivery of the theme files specified on the product page under the relevant license. The product name, version, compatibility information, scope of use, and included services are shown on the product page and order records. Price and payment The total amount, currency, taxes and additional charges, if any, must be disclosed prior to ordering. The payment provider has not yet been activated; at this time, no payments or binding new orders are accepted through this site. Digital delivery For orders whose payment is verified, the product ZIP file is accessed from the customer account. Delivery conditions and access period, if any, are explained before the order. If file access is not provided, the buyer can request the delivery to be completed through the support channel. Withdrawal and defective product The right of withdrawal and the digital delivery exception, if any, are evaluated according to the actual form of performance and applicable legislation. The explanations on the cancellation/return page apply. Legal rights related to undelivered or defective products are not eliminated only on the grounds that it is a digital product. Disputes Within the framework of the applicable conditions and current monetary limits in consumer transactions, the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved. Powers or rights are not narrowed against the consumer with this general text.
