Information processed Name, email and password are taken during registration. The password is stored with secure hashing. Session and security records, product/order information and information provided in support tickets can be used to run the service. Intended use The information is processed for the purposes of opening an account, verifying identity, managing access to purchased files, responding to support requests, and ensuring service security. The data is not used to secretly track customers of another unrelated service. Payment information The payment system is not yet active in the store. The provider used when activated and the information processed at checkout will be disclosed separately. At this stage, the store does not request a card number or CVV. Access and transfer Authorized store managers can access the information necessary for their duties. Data processing may be possible within the scope of server services and mandatory technical services. In case of legal obligation, necessary information may be shared with authorized institutions. New data recipients to be used and international transfers should be announced before the actual service begins. Storage and security Information is limited for the time necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal retention obligations. Access restrictions, HTTPS, and protected file downloads are used. Indefinite retention is not assumed; deletion or correction requests can be submitted at support.
