Theme License Agreement

Subject of the license This text describes the framework for the use of theme files. The purchased product's own license, the number of projects/sites allowed, and the duration or version scope, if any, are shown on the product page and in the delivery documentation. Unexplicitly stated single-site, multi-site, resale, or continuous update rights are not assumed. Entitlement The seller may only offer files for which it has the right to distribute or license. There may be different rights holders or licenses for images, fonts, plug-ins, and other components; their scope is described. The rights granted by the GPL and other open source licenses are not narrowed by this general text. Permitted use The User may use it in their projects to the extent permitted by the product license and may adapt to the extent permitted by the license. Redistribution or resale transactions are evaluated according to the respective product and component licenses; this text does not transfer third-party rights. Technical scope Compatible platform versions, required add-ons, support, and update coverage are specified in the product description. Hosting, domain, paid add-on, and custom software services are only provided if they are explicitly included in the package. Breach and remedy Reports of unauthorized access or use in violation of the license are reviewed through the support channel. Applicable measures must comply with the product license and legislation; payment, defective products, and consumer rights are not automatically eliminated.
