Software Services Agreement

Parties and scope The service provider is Kasım Kahraman, the store brand is Vertex Agency Ltd. It is the person requesting customer service. Custom software, installation or adaptation work This general text alone is not considered accepted; a written offer and scope confirmation specific to the job is required. Project description The proposal should explain the work to be done, delivery outputs, platform/version requirements, initial conditions, schedule, price and taxes, included/not included services, number of revisions and acceptance criteria. No additional paid work is initiated without the approval of the parties. Information that the customer will provide The rights of the content, authorized accesses and materials to be used by the customer are determined together with the customer. Access information is shared through secure channels; unnecessary personal information is not requested. The effect of missing content or access on the calendar is notified in writing. Delivery and revision Delivery is made with the environment and acceptance criteria determined by the offer. Error correction and new feature/additional scope requests are evaluated separately. It is not assumed that silence means automatic and final acceptance under all circumstances. Fee and expiration Advance, interim payment, completion payment, cancellation terms, and account of work done are specified in the job-specific offer. Unused services, undelivered works, and legal rights are evaluated according to their concrete status. The store payment infrastructure is currently inactive. Transfer of code and rights The source code delivery, usage license, third-party components, and the scope of transfer of rights, if any, are clearly stated in the offer or addendum. Confidential information is used only for the conduct of the business; it is not shared with unrelated third parties except for mandatory legal disclosures.
