The 999 TL one-time package includes theme ZIP, Vertex Clinic Tools companion plugin, Turkish installation documentation, optional sample content, and indefinite commercial activation of a domain. Promote your doctor profiles and service areas; edit your working hours, contact information, and WhatsApp link. Use the appointment request flow, where the service or doctor preference is moved to the form. The form only submits one request. It does not check availability, does not allocate hours in the calendar, and does not create a confirmed appointment. The clinic must also confirm suitability. Live demo doctors, clinics and images are fictional. Images are produced with artificial intelligence; they are not real doctor or professional qualification proof. The commercial key is prepared manually after payment and domain name confirmation.

Technical requirements
• WordPress 6.5 or higher, PHP 8.1 or higher. • PHP, OpenSSL, and mbstring. • HTTPS, WordPress-compatible hosting, at least 15 MB upload limit, and sufficient memory. • Vertex Clinic Tools add-on within the package for doctor/service/FAQ and form features. • Working wp_mail/SMTP infrastructure for actual email delivery. • Accurate WordPress time zone and verified contact information for the business. Verified demo: WordPress 7.1.3 and PHP 8.3. Hosting, domain name, SMTP, third-party paid services, medical content, and patient management software are not included.
License and usage
License firm: VertexAgencyLTD. Price: 999 TL one time. Commercial activation: Indefinitely to 1 domain. www is equivalent; different subdomains require separate activation. After payment and domain name confirmation, the signed key is prepared manually. There is no automatic key delivery and update server. The theme and companion plugin are covered by GPL v2 or later. GPL rights are independent of commercial activation. A lack of keys does not shut down the live site; it limits the commercial instance installation tool. Do not present fictional demo doctors and images as proof of real doctor or qualification. Indefinite activation; is not a guarantee of unlimited support, future versions, medical verification, or compliance with promotional legislation.
Support and updates
Included: 1.0.0 theme, companion plugin, Turkish documentation, optional sample content tool, and commercial activation on a domain. On-site installation, custom development, content/portrait generation, existing patient data migration, SMTP/hosting, and external calendar/payment integration are not included. Setup and activation questions can be submitted through the support area; no specific response time or unlimited maintenance is committed. Test SMTP delivery in your own environment before actual use. The clinic representative should evaluate the form request separately. The demo form does not send emails and does not create appointments. Professional information, content, and contact/privacy texts must be verified by the site owner.
