Vertex Agency Pro – Customer, Project and Collection Panel
Vertex Agency Pro; It is an independent Laravel application developed by VertexAgencyLTD for agencies providing web design, SEO, social media and software services to manage their clients, projects, proposals and manual collection records with their own brands. It is not a WordPress theme. The agency manager manages all work. The team member only sees the projects they are assigned to. The client keeps track of project status, shared files, quotes, payment records, and tickets in their own space. Determine the brief and tasks of the work; message the customer, keep internal notes in your team. Offer with a fixed scope and amount, record the customer's response. See pending payments and domain/hosting renewal dates. The $999 one-time software package includes source code, PHP dependencies, terminal installer, Turkish documentation, and indefinite commercial activation for a domain. It is for the sole agency's own installation; it is not a multi-agency SaaS/subscription infrastructure. Demo firms, projects, and amounts are fictional. The demo works with joint and read-only accounts. No real customer data or bank activity is used. The system does not automatically withdraw funds; it does not offer a bank, accounting, e-invoice, or e-signature link.

AGENCY, TEAM AND CUSTOMER PANELS • Separate admin, team member, and client workspaces. • Accounts created by the agency; strong temporary password and the obligation to change it at the first login. • The client only accesses their own projects, the team only accesses the jobs they are assigned to. • Account deactivation, profile and password reset via SMTP. • Agency name, contact information, accent color, and PNG/JPG/WEBP logo. PROJECT AND WORK FOLLOW-UP • Client, team responsible, service type, delivery date, and project scope. • Scheduled, in progress, client checked, completed, pending, and archive statuses. • Progress by task list, due dates, and completed tasks. • Client messages and separate in-agency note visibility. • Project-related revision request, team response, and status tracking. • Preventing the transfer of old files/correspondence to another customer by not changing the project customer later. PROPOSAL PREPARATION AND RESPONSE • Maximum 20 service items; piece and unit TL price. • Sum calculated on the server in penny precision. • Draft stored from the customer, followed by visible submission to the customer. • Fixed scope/amount of the submitted bid; new bid for modification. • Expiration date; response block for expired offer. • Customer's approval/rejection response, ID and date record. • Obstacle to change the amount or response of the replied proposal. • Print the quote from the scanner/save PDF. • The approval record is not an official electronic signature or automatic payment. No official invoices are generated. MANUAL COLLECTION AND BALANCE • Project-related service fee and maturity record. • Manual collection plan for monthly services; no automatic periodic generation. • Customer's bank transfer notification and admin review. • Pending notice is not counted as collection; only admin-approved transaction reduces balance. • View of partial collection, remaining balance and overdue amount. • Unique payment/notification key against resubmission of the same form. • Prevention of collection exceeding the remaining amount. • Justification voiding and recalculating balance without deleting the erroneous transaction. • The correction does not make a real refund in the bank. The same transfer entered with different forms should be checked separately by the manager. • Bank information and TR IBAN check digits; account ownership/transfer verification is not. RENEWAL CALENDAR AND REPORT • Period in date, price, and month for domain, hosting, maintenance, and license registration. • Show overdue and 30-day renewals on the dashboard. • Advancing the date with the renewed record; the obstacle to renewing it for the second time with the same old date. • No actual renewal or payment at the provider; alerts are within the panel. • Collection CSV report to authorized user with their own project scope; cell protection against the risk of formula running. • History of important account/project/quote/collection transactions. INSTALLATION AND DESIGN • Mobile-friendly management and customer interface, drop-down mobile menu. • Installation ZIP including dependencies, separate SQLite database and custom file space. • Initial admin setup in the terminal; maintaining the existing .env and full database. • Turkish installation, license and test documents. • VertexAgencyLTD commercial activation verification with indefinite signature on a domain name. Bank API, card collection, automatic subscription, official accounting/e-invoice, qualified e-signature, customer acquisition/SEO automation, domain provider API, WhatsApp/SMS and automatic renewal emails are not available in this version.
Technical requirements
• 64-bit PHP 8.3+, OpenSSL, PDO SQLite, fileinfo, mbstring, XML, ctype, tokenizer and curl. • HTTPS, terminal access, Nginx/Apache; the web root should be public/ only. • File and SQLite write permissions, sufficient storage/bandwidth. • Dependencies are included in the package. Composer 2.2+ for reinstallation/update. • Validated database SQLite; single server/startup utilization. High concurrent utilization should be tested separately. • Real SMTP account for password reset mails. • 20 MB application limit for file upload; hosting/PHP/Nginx may set smaller limit. Logo maximum 2 MB. Verified on Laravel 12 / PHP 8.3. Hosting, domain name, SMTP and external services are not included. It is not a WordPress or multi-tenant SaaS installation.
License and usage
License firm: VertexAgencyLTD. Software package: 999 TL at once. Commercial activation: 1 domain / indefinite. www is equivalent; different subdomains require separate activation. After payment and domain name confirmation, the signed key is prepared manually. In the admin settings, the product and domain name are verified; the missing key does not delete data or shut down the live system. There is no automatic key delivery or update server. VertexAgencyLTD application code purchaser is commercially licensed for their own agency setup on a domain name. Separate resale and distribution license is not included. Laravel and other dependencies retain their own licenses. Indefinite activation is not a guarantee of unlimited support, all future releases, revenue, customer acquisition, unlimited burden, or formal accounting/e-signature competence.
Support and updates
Included: 1.0.0 source code, PHP dependencies, initial setup tool, documentation in Turkish, and indefinite commercial activation of a domain. On-site installation, data migration, institution-specific change, bank/payment, WhatsApp/SMS, SMTP or domain provider integration are not included. Installation and activation questions can be submitted from the support area; no specific response time is committed. 75 workflow and security, 66 real browsers, and domain license checks were conducted. Actual bank transfer or SMTP delivery not verified. The Finance area is for manual tracking; it is not an official accounting or tax system. The operator manages account accesses, offer terms, actual bank controls, and privacy/storage/backup policy. There is no antivirus or DRM in the files. The demo does not generate actual student/customer registration or payment; it is read-only with fictitious data.
