Vertex Academy Pro – Live Lesson and Online Education Platform
Vertex Academy Pro, developed by VertexAgencyLTD; It is a standalone Laravel application for teachers and educational initiatives who want to offer their tutoring, video training and courses on their own domain. It is not a WordPress theme. It includes separate panels for student, teacher, and administrator. Create a course catalog; share MP4 video and PDF contents with authorized students only; schedule live classes; manage assignments and exam results. The 999 TL one-time software package includes application resources, PHP dependencies, terminal installation tool, Turkish documentation, and indefinite commercial activation of a domain name. Hosting or training services are not purchased. Installation requires PHP 8.3 supported, terminal access hosting/VPS. For live calling, JWT supported Jitsi server/compatible provider must also be installed. Live class connection code is ready; conference server and service fees are not included in the package. The real call is not started in the demo; the two-way call is not considered verified without installing the provider. Demo accounts are public and read-only. Instructors, lessons, and images are representative. Course amounts in the demo catalog are not the selling price of the courseware. No actual training sales or payment.

SEPARATE WORKSPACES • Separate panels for admin, teacher, and student, and role/ownership controls on the server side. • Student registration, teacher application, and administrator approval. • Strong password, summarized password, login request limit, profile management. • Email password reset when SMTP is configured. • Deactivate the account and stop access. COURSE AND STUDENT MANAGEMENT • Lesson catalog filtered by search, category, and level. • Instructor, course summary, description, TL fee and quota. • Draft/on-air/archive statuses. • Ability to create one-to-one lessons with a quota of one person; quota limit in group lessons. • Direct registration for free courses, manual transfer/EFT approval for paid courses. • If the bank account is not defined, no paid registration request will be received. • Student's unique registration, idempotent approval, quota control and access closure with cancellation. • Course owner, teacher, and administrator can confirm registration. There is no bank integration or automatic transfer verification. VIDEO AND COURSE MATERIAL • Course text, content order, duration, and draft/publication control. • MP4 upload (app limit 250 MB) and PDF upload (20 MB). • Files are kept in private storage; user/registration authority is checked and presented. • Fast-forward/rewind in video with MP4 byte-range response. • View of content completion and progress to the teacher with the student's statement. • Access control is non-DRM; it does not prevent the authorized user from recording/copying. LIVE CLASS CONNECTION LAYER • Live lesson scheduling/cancellation with date, Turkey time and duration. • Check against overlapping calendars of the same teacher. • Random room name, short-term Jitsi JWT linked to the lesson and user. • Only authorized registered users request a connection to the class during the designated time window. • Different moderator claim for student and teacher; its implementation depends on the provider's JWT/role settings. • JWT signature, room, role, and time controls have been tested. True two-way interview provider has not been installed so it has not been tested. • Conference presenter, TURN, live recording, transcript, and attendee capacity are not included. EDUCATIONAL TOOLS • Homework instruction, deadline, single submission, teacher's grade and feedback. • Four-choice exam questions, grade calculated on the server, and one attempt. • Obstacle to adding questions after the student has answered. • Lecture announcements and lecture discussion with registered users. • In-house proof of completion based on completion of contents, exams, and graded assignments. • Printing/saving PDF from the scanner; not an official or accredited diploma. MANAGEMENT AND INSTALLATION • Cell protection against the risk of student enrollment CSV report and formula runs. • Transaction records for important account/registration/course changes. • TR IBAN check steps; It is not ownership or transfer verification. • Mobile menu, mobile panels, simulated realistic visuals and playable sample MP4. • Dependencies including ZIP, CLI installation tool and Turkish documentation. • Separate SQLite database, file sessions, and dedicated media storage. • Indefinite VertexAgencyLTD commercial activation verification to 1 domain. This version has no automatic card collection, recurring subscription, automatic commission/payment to teacher, SMS, parent panel, mobile app, DRM, automatic registration, CDN, HLS/ABR, advanced question bank, or unlimited concurrent live participants.
Technical requirements
• 64-bit PHP 8.3 or higher, OpenSSL, PDO SQLite, fileinfo, mbstring, XML, tokenizer, and curl. • Nginx/Apache and HTTPS. The document root should be the public/ subdirectory only. • Terminal access, sufficient disk/bandwidth, and correct file permissions. • Dependencies are contained in the ZIP. Composer 2 to reinstall/update. • Validated database SQLite: single server/startup usage. Large concurrent loads should be tested separately. • Separate JWT-supported Jitsi server/compatible service for live class, necessary network/media permissions and TURN. • Real SMTP account for password reset mail. • For paid course registration, the bank name of the institution, the account holder and valid TR IBAN. • Up to 250 MB application limit for MP4 and 20 MB for PDF; hosting/PHP/Nginx may set smaller limit. Checked on Laravel 12 and PHP 8.3.33. Hosting, domain name, SMTP, conferencing, storage, and payment services are provided separately.
License and usage
License firm: VertexAgencyLTD. Package: 999 TL one-time software fee. Commercial activation: 1 domain / indefinite. www is equivalent; different subdomains require separate activation. After payment and domain name confirmation, the signed key is prepared manually. It is verified in the administrator settings; the missing key does not delete data or close existing courses. There is no automatic key delivery/update server. VertexAgencyLTD application code purchaser is licensed for commercial use for installation on a domain. Separate resale/distribution permission is not included. Laravel and package dependencies are offered with their own licenses; this license does not change the usage rights for these dependencies. Indefinite activation is not a guarantee of unlimited support, all future releases, educational revenue, official accreditation, or unlimited live participants.
Support and updates
Included: 1.0.0 application resources, PHP dependencies, initial setup command, Turkish installation/live course documentation, and indefinite commercial activation of a domain. On-site installation, data migration, custom development, Jitsi/TURN server installation, SMTP service, CDN, and card/subscription integration are not included. Installation and activation questions can be submitted through the support area; no specific response time is committed. 54 workflows, 45 browsers, and 5 license checks have been conducted. Actual two-sided live conversation and actual SMTP delivery are not verified. The demo does not collect actual payment, registration, or personal data; it is read-only. The operator manages its own teacher qualifications, training commitments, confidentiality/parental consent texts, retention-deletion policy and substitutes. Student progress is based on declaration, number of live attendance is based on connection request; it is not automatic time verification.
