Vertex Charity Pro – Advanced Association & Volunteering WordPress Theme
Vertex Charity Pro offered by VertexAgencyLTD; It has been developed for associations to manage their campaigns, events, volunteering and membership applications on a single WordPress site. The $999 one-time package includes theme ZIP, Vertex Charity Pro Tools companion plugin, Turkish installation documentation, and indefinite commercial activation for a domain. Publish your campaigns, receive event applications, and review volunteer and membership requests from the admin screen. Remittance/EFT notifications are saved on hold; they are added to the campaign total only when the manager checks and approves the bank account. The theme doesn't collect money and doesn't automatically connect to your bank account. It doesn't make the pending notification look like a successful donation. Demo activities, campaigns and visuals are representative. Realistic images are produced with artificial intelligence; they are not evidence for the activity or result of a real institution. The sample setup does not create fake donations/member registrations. It is prepared manually after commercial activation, payment and domain name confirmation.

MONEY ORDER / EFT NOTIFICATION • Bank name, account holder, and verified TR IBAN setting. • Actual donation notification is closed without defining the account. • Notification with campaign, amount and transaction description. • Amounts are stored in whole pennies; the problem of fraction rounding is avoided. • Resubmission of the same form is treated as a single record. Transactions from separate forms should be checked separately from the manager bank. • Confirmation can be corrected; the total is recalculated. Manager, date and status changes are kept in the transaction history. • IBAN check is a format/check digit check; it does not verify account ownership or transfer. MANAGEMENT AND REPORTS • Separate database table for personal references; no public list or REST endpoint. • Only authorized admin access, nonce, and status change controls. • Paging, genre and status filter with 50 records each. • CSV download up to 10,000 records with a date range. • Cell protection against the risk of running CSV formulas. • Contact confirmation, spam trap, and IP-based request limit. Technical requirements
• WordPress 6.5 or higher, 64-bit PHP 8.1 or higher. • PHP, OpenSSL, and mbstring. • WordPress compatible MySQL/MariaDB; the auxiliary plugin creates separate record table. • HTTPS, sufficient storage/memory, and an upload limit of at least 20 MB. • To receive notifications, the association's own bank name, account holder and valid TR IBAN information. • Vertex Charity Pro Tools plugin included in the package for theme features. Verified demo: WordPress 7.1.3 and PHP 8.3. Hosting, domain name, bank/payment account, accounting, and third-party paid services are not included. Application registration does not require SMTP; automatic email notification is not available in this version.
License and usage
License firm: VertexAgencyLTD. Package price: 999 TL at once. Commercial activation: Indefinitely to 1 domain. www is equivalent; different subdomains require separate activation. After payment and domain name confirmation, the signed key is prepared manually. There is no automatic key delivery or update server. The theme and companion plugin are covered by GPL v2 or later. GPL rights are independent of commercial activation. The missing key does not close the live site; it limits the commercial instance installation tool. Indefinite activation is not a guarantee of unlimited support, future releases, donation income, official accounting, or legal compliance. Demo content should not be presented as actual activity or financial results.
Support and updates
Included: 1.1.0 theme, helper plugin, sample content tool, Turkish documentation, and commercial activation on a domain. On-site installation, custom development, association data migration, bank API/payment integration, accounting/DERBIS installation and hosting are not included. Installation and activation questions can be submitted from the support area; no specific response time is committed. It is your institution's responsibility to check bank statements with your own account activity and to evaluate membership applications separately. The demo does not record actual donations or applications. Only put public documents in the transparency field. Organize storage, deletion, backup, and contact/privacy texts according to your institution. Deleting the plugin does not automatically delete records.
