Digital Delivery and Shipping Conditions

Product delivered Theme and software packages sold in the store are delivered digitally as a ZIP file. No physical products or shipping are sent; no shipping fees are charged. Access to the file When the live payment is verified by the PayTR server notification, the download links are added to the customer account. Reaching the successful return page alone is not payment confirmation. Test transactions do not open real download rights. Activation and services The activation key and included services linked to the domain name are prepared based on the support request according to the scope in the product description. Automatic and instant key delivery is not committed. The scope and delivery schedule for hosting installation or special software services are also determined in writing. Delivery problem If the file can't be accessed, the file won't open, or the wrong product appears, contact support with the order number. Don't send passwords or card security information.
